WiiFit, YouFit, iFit

Okay, the reason why I haven't been posting much the past week is because I've been trying to be on my laptop less and doing physical activity more. :D

Thursday: 50 minutes of swimming, 18 minutes on elliptical machine, 10 minutes on Cardio Twister.

Friday: Ummm, nothing yet. I'm about to do more later.
